To enable FOLDER option
Step 1
Copy the Below files in a Notepad
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"NoFolderOptions"=dword:0000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions]
"NoBrowserOptions"=dword:00000000/
Step 2
Save it as Something.reg
Step 3
Double click the file u created.
Step 4
It would be asking you to add it in your registry. And voila you can once again see your Folder options under Tools Menu
